Tender Description

The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination Karachi office is procuring a comprehensive range of office equipment for Border Health Services Pakistan under the PSDP Project titled Strengthening Points of Entry and Border Health Services Pakistan. This procurement includes desktop computers, laptops, multifunction printers/scanners/copiers, projectors, photocopiers, and color printers. The equipment must be brand new, latest models with specified technical features such as Intel Core i5 or equivalent processors, minimum 16 GB RAM, SSD storage, licensed operating systems, and one year warranty. The procurement is aimed at enhancing operational efficiency at multiple designated locations across Pakistan including Karachi, Quetta, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and Islamabad among others. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and GST, possess Active Taxpayer List status, and be manufacturers, importers, or authorized dealers of IT and office equipment. Experience in supplying to government or semi-government organizations is mandatory along with warranty and after-sales service capabilities. Bidders are required to submit separate sealed Technical and Financial Proposals with all mandatory documents including NTN, GST certificates, manufacturer authorization, and affidavit of non-blacklisting. The bid security of 2% of the quoted value must be submitted in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee. Delivery, installation, and commissioning are to be completed within ninety days of the supply order. The submission deadline is strictly enforced and bids must be submitted both electronically via EPADS and physically at the Project Director's office in Karachi. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all technical specifications and mandatory documents are meticulously compiled and signed to avoid rejection. Early submission is advised to accommodate any unforeseen delays and to comply fully with the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2004. This tender offers a significant opportunity for qualified suppliers to contribute to a vital national health infrastructure project with clear guidelines and transparent evaluation criteria.
