Tender Description
The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) is procuring office furniture and stationery items for its Lahore office. This procurement is aimed at equipping the department with essential office furnishings and stationery supplies to support its administrative functions effectively.
The scope includes supply of desks, chairs, filing cabinets, and other office furniture along with various stationery items such as paper, pens, and printing materials. The procurement will cover delivery and installation at the designated LDA office premises in Lahore.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and possess a valid Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status. Experience in supplying office furniture and stationery to government departments or large organizations will be preferred. Submission of Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory as per the tender documents.
The tender submission deadline is set for 2024-07-04 at 23:59:59. Bidders should submit their technical and financial bids separately in sealed envelopes to the Procurement Department of Lahore Development Authority. Late submissions will not be entertained.
