This tender invites experienced manufacturers and authorized dealers to supply and assemble office furniture for OGRA's Head Office in Islamabad and regional offices in Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and Sukkur. The procurement covers a wide range of furniture items including sofas, executive chairs, office tables, filing cabinets, side racks, meeting tables, and visitor chairs, all crafted with quality materials such as seasoned wood, laminate finishes, and powder-coated metal frames. The furniture must meet specified design and quality standards, with onsite delivery and installation included.
The scope demands suppliers with a well-equipped workshop and at least ten years of relevant experience, ensuring the furniture is durable and meets ergonomic and aesthetic requirements. The tender emphasizes adherence to approved samples and client specifications, with a warranty period of one year including free replacement services. Delivery will be coordinated across multiple cities, requiring logistical planning and quality control at each location.
