Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the establishment of an office set-up at Suite No. 4, Ground Floor, Evacuee Trust Complex, Islamabad, covering an area of 3400 sq.ft for the financial year 2025-26. The Ministry of Finance and Revenue, Finance Division, Islamabad, is overseeing this project which includes preliminary and civil interior works, electrical installations including hardware and IT equipment, plumbing works, and procurement and installation of furniture and fixtures. The site is located in Islamabad, requiring careful coordination of civil and electrical engineering tasks to ensure timely completion within the stipulated 40 days, including a possible 10-day extension.
The scope covers detailed construction activities such as brick masonry, flooring with ceramic and wooden texture tiles, wall paneling with MDF and UPVC fabric, glass partitions and doors, wooden doors and fixtures, false ceilings, painting, and polishing. Electrical works include installation of AC units, wiring, power sockets, LED lighting, CCTV, networking, and fire alarm systems. Plumbing works cover PPR piping, soil and waste pipes, wash basins, mixers, and other sanitary fittings. Furniture procurement includes executive tables, revolving chairs, sofas, coffee tables, workstations, and reception furniture, all from reputed brands.
Bidders must be registered with PPRA, PEC, FBR, and SECP, and comply with the 2025-26 financial year requirements. The tender demands a bid security of PKR 1 million in the form of a pay order or demand draft in favor of the DDO Finance Division. Bids must be valid for 120 days and submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked as Technical and Financial proposals. The tender follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA rules.
