Supply of Office Stationery, Toners, Cartridges and Miscellaneous Items

The Ministry of Industries and Production Islamabad invites sealed bids from well reputed firms located in Islamabad and Rawalpindi for the supply of office stationery, toners/cartridges, and miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the Ministry of Industries and Production based in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Office stationery - Toners/cartridges - Miscellaneous items The scope includes supplying quality office consumables suitable for government use, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with specifications provided by the Ministry. The procurement is intended to support the Ministry’s daily administrative operations throughout the financial year. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and possess a valid Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status. Firms should have relevant experience in supplying office consumables to government departments or large organizations. Earnest Money in the form of bid security amounting to Rs. 300,000 is required to be submitted along with the bid. Sealed bids must reach the office of the Section Officer (General), Ministry of Industries and Production, A-Block Podium, Pak-Secretariat, Islamabad by 25th July 2026 at 10:30 a.m. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 a.m. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Terms and conditions along with detailed specifications can be obtained free of cost from the office during working hours. The Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules 2004.
