Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services office at Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders for various repair and maintenance works under PPRA Rule 13 (1) of 2004. The procurement is specific to the Rawalpindi region and involves technical civil and electrical works at multiple medical and military facilities.

- Provision of Drainage System in OPD Plant Room at AFIC & NIHD Rawalpindi (Rs. 0.695 Million)
- Repair / Maintenance of Get Set 800 KVA at AFIC & NIHD Rawalpindi (Rs. 0.478 Million)
- Provision of HVAC Duct in Paeds OT at AFIC & NIHD Rawalpindi (Rs. 0.479 Million)
- Repair / Maintenance / Renovation / Upgradation works of B&R / E&M at PEMH, AFIC-NIHD, AFIO, AFIRI, AFIMH, AFIT, AFIRM & AM College Rawalpindi (Up to Rs. 3.999 Million)
The scope covers mechanical, electrical, and civil repair and maintenance works including HVAC systems, generator sets, roof treatment, drainage, and ducting at various military and medical installations. Contractors must have relevant experience and PEC registration in appropriate categories. Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient credentials and experience as per the detailed criteria.
Earnest Money and bid security requirements apply as per PPRA rules. Contractors on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C, D, and E with relevant experience are eligible. The tender submission deadline is 30 October 2026 by 11:30 AM, with opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Applications must be submitted to the office of the accepting officer at Military Engineer Services Rawalpindi.
