Procurement of Online Examination System Server for Examination Department

The Procurement Department of Jinnah Sindh Medical University, Karachi, is inviting bids for the supply of an Online Examination System Server specifically for the Examination Department of JSMU. The package includes redundant hot-plug power supplies, tool-less rack rails, and a comprehensive 5-year hardware warranty with next business day onsite support. Brands like HP, Dell, or equivalent well-reputed international brands are acceptable. Eligible bidders must have completed at least three contracts of similar nature with a minimum value of PKR 8 million in the last three years. They must be registered with FBR, hold valid NTN and GST certificates, and be active taxpayers. The bidder should be a Tier-1 or Tier-2 partner of the proposed brand with at least 10 years of experience and local presence in Karachi for timely support. Submission of earnest money in the form of a Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or Call Deposit amounting to PKR 300,000 is mandatory. The bid validity period is 90 days. Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS portal by the specified deadline.
