Open Framework Agreement for the Repair of Furniture & Fixture

The Directorate of PCA (North), Islamabad (Pakistan Customs) invites qualified suppliers to prequalify for an Open Framework Agreement for the Repair of Furniture & Fixture. This agreement will cover the on-demand repair services of office furniture and fixtures for the department located in Islamabad. Items being procured include repair services for 200 units of furniture and fixtures with skilled carpenters, upholsterers, welders, and other workers along with necessary tools and materials. The contractor must submit itemized repair estimates for approval before commencing work. All materials and replacement fittings must be new, durable, and suitable for intended use, with samples submitted for approval where required. Repairs must match existing design, dimensions, color, and finish unless otherwise approved. Completed repairs must be stable, properly aligned, safe for use, and free of sharp edges or exposed fasteners. Work must be completed within the specified period of 27 days per work order. Furniture and fixtures cannot be removed from departmental premises without written authorization. The contractor is responsible for protecting surrounding property and removing debris upon completion. Warranty terms for workmanship and materials must be clearly stated, with defects rectified at no additional cost. Completed work will be inspected and accepted by the department. Eligibility requires registration with NADRA, FBR, and active taxpayer status, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Applicants must be Islamabad/Rawalpindi based and submit a Call Deposit Receipt of Rs.30,000 in favor of DDO Directorate of PC&IA (North), Islamabad. The evaluation will be based on Quality Based Selection with technical marks out of 100 and a passing score of 70. Applications must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 04:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Interested bidders should ensure timely registration on the EPADS portal and prepare all required documentation carefully. This framework agreement will be valid for 36 months from the award date.
