Purchase of Office Furniture for PCMU

The PCMU/FPSP-III (Flood Protection Sector Project) (Office of the Chief Engineering Adviser/Chairman Federal Flood Commission(CEA)/(CFFC)) invites sealed bids for the Purchase of Office Furniture for PCMU located in Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Interested bidders must register on EPADS to participate. Items being procured: - Category A High Back Revolving Boss Office Chairs (12 units) - Category B Medium Back Revolving Office Chairs (6 units) - Office Chairs for visitors and support staff (30 units) - Office Tables 4x2ft (11 units) - Side Rack Tables compatible with Category A tables (11 units) - Workstation/Computer Tables designed for 2 computers (4 units) - Cabinets/Almirah 8x4ft wooden with four doors (3 units) The furniture items include ergonomic chairs with adjustable features, durable office tables with laminated MDF or equivalent, side racks with drawers and soft-closing hinges, computer workstations with partitions and drawers, and sturdy wooden cabinets for file storage. All items must be of commercial quality, durable, and supplied complete with all fittings and accessories as approved by the engineer in charge. Bidders must comply with eligibility criteria including FBR/NTN registration and must submit bid security in the form of Call at Deposit as specified. The bidding process follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by the deadline of Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 12:00 PM on EPADS.
