Hiring of Services for Operation, Maintenance and Routine Servicing of Four Lifts Installed at PIAHCL Office, Egerton Road, Lahore

The Pakistan International Airlines Holding Company Limited (PIAHCL) invites qualified and experienced bidders to submit bids for the hiring of services for operation, maintenance, and routine servicing of four lifts installed at the PIAHCL office located on Egerton Road, Lahore. This procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Complete operation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and routine servicing of four (04) lifts including technical staff, tools, transportation, routine consumables, minor repairs, emergency breakdown attendance and passenger rescue services. The scope of work includes regular inspection, monthly servicing of mechanical, electrical and electronic components, lubrication, adjustment of lift motors, brakes, gear systems, pulleys, ropes, guide rails, control panels, wiring, safety circuits, door operations, emergency alarms, intercom systems, emergency lighting, and automatic rescue devices. The contractor must provide 24/7 emergency support including passenger rescue and breakdown attendance. Maintenance records and monthly performance reports must be submitted to the authorized PIAHCL representative. All services must comply with manufacturer recommendations and recognized industry practices. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid PEC registration category C-6 or above with specialization ME-03 for lifts and escalators, FBR/NTN registration, active tax status, and evidence of at least three similar lift maintenance contracts each valued at PKR 2 million or above in the last five years. Bid security of PKR 78,000 and tender fee of PKR 30,000 are mandatory. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 03:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
