Operation and Maintenance of Different Capacity UPS in SCN Karachi South Zone

This tender invites bids for the frame agreement concerning the operation and maintenance of different capacity UPS systems installed in the SCN Karachi South Zone by Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL). The procurement is specifically for the upkeep and servicing of UPS units to ensure uninterrupted power supply and operational efficiency in the region. Items being procured: - Operation and maintenance of 02x80KVA UPS under DIIP Project - Operation and maintenance of 10x10 KVAs for submarine equipment The scope involves unit-based frame rates for servicing these UPS units over a contract period of three years. The contract is demand-based, meaning PTCL will issue purchase orders as and when required without any guaranteed minimum purchase. The technical scope includes maintaining the UPS systems to ensure their optimal performance and reliability in the SCN Karachi South Zone. Eligible bidders must have relevant experience in UPS maintenance and operation. Vendor registration with PTCL is mandatory, including submission of the Vendor Registration Code (VR Code) on quotations or bids. Bidders should be registered with FBR and ATL and capable of providing a bid bond of 2% of the quoted price in the form of CDR or DD. Separate technical and commercial bids are required. Tender documents can be obtained via email by 15th July 2026. Queries must be submitted by 17th July 2026, and a pre-bid meeting will be held on 18th July 2026 via MS Teams or at the Zonal Office. The final bid submission deadline is 22nd July 2026. Bids received after this date will not be accepted.
