Operation and Management of Canteen, Hostel Mess, Food Stall, Tuck Shop, and Photostat Shops at Abbottabad University of Science & Technology

Abbottabad University of Science & Technology invites sealed bids from skilled, experienced, and reputable contractors, service providers, firms, and Pakistani CNIC holders to build, operate, and run various services on its campus located at Captain Akash Rabbani Shaheed Road, Havellian-Abbottabad. The services include operation and management of the main canteen, boys hostel mess, food stalls, tuck shop, and photostat shops. Items being procured: - Main Canteen (1 or more units) with earnest money Rs. 200,000/- - Boys Hostel Mess (1 or more units) with earnest money Rs. 100,000/- - Food Stall (3 or more units) with earnest money Rs. 100,000/- - Tuck Shop (1 or more units) with earnest money Rs. 100,000/- - Photostat Shops (3 or more units) with earnest money Rs. 100,000/- The tender documents can be obtained from the procurement section between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on working days upon payment of Rs. 2,000/- as non-refundable stationery charges via bank draft or receipt in favor of Treasurer Abbottabad UST. Tenders must be sealed, complete, and submitted to the Procurement Section by 24th September 2026 at 12:00 pm. The bids for the canteen and hostel mess will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am, while bids for food stalls, tuck shop, and photostat shops will be opened at 12:30 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
