Procurement of Operative Microscope for ENT Surgery, Micro Debrider / Shaver System & ENT Operating Drill System

The Purchase Department of Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Islamabad Capital Territory, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of high-precision medical equipment for ENT surgery. The procurement includes the following items: - Operative Microscope for ENT Surgery (Qty: 1) with 1 year warranty - Micro Debrider / Shaver System (Qty: 1) with 2 years warranty - ENT Operating Drill System (Qty: 1) with 2 years warranty These items are intended for use in the ENT Department at PIMS Hospital, Sector G-8/3, Islamabad. The Operative Microscope features motorized functions, integrated 4K/UHD imaging, and advanced positioning capabilities. The Micro Debrider System combines drill, sinus shaver, and cleaning capabilities with high-speed motors and multiple handpieces. The ENT Operating Drill System includes a motor control unit, high-performance micro motors, drill handpieces, and comprehensive burr sets. Bidders must comply with technical specifications including FDA certification, CE or MHLW certification, and provide compliance reports. Warranty and maintenance support for 1-2 years with spare parts availability for up to 10 years is required. On-site training and operational manuals must be provided. The delivery and installation period is 120 days from the award letter. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, no blacklisting, and submission of bid security or bid securing declaration. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by October 3, 2026, 11:00 AM. Original bid security must be submitted physically at PIMS Purchase Department before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders are advised to carefully review the detailed bidding documents available on EPADS portal and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The Purchase Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
