Tender Description
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi is procuring the renewal of Oracle Database Enterprise Edition licenses covering 6 processors for the period from 29-June-2026 to 28-June-2027. This procurement involves the annual maintenance support services for the Oracle database at PSO House, Clifton Karachi. The scope includes renewal of the Oracle CSI number 85791116, ensuring uninterrupted license validity and support for critical database operations.
Bidders must be authorized Oracle Partners in Pakistan for the current year and provide a valid Oracle Partner Network Certificate. Experience of at least five years in delivering and supporting Oracle Database products is mandatory. Additionally, bidders should have served at least three large-scale public or private organizations in the last three years and must have a minimum of three certified Oracle professionals with valid certificates. A verifiable support office in Karachi staffed with certified professionals is required to ensure timely escalation and support within SLA timelines.
The tender requires submission of earnest money and a valid CDR as per instructions. Payment will be made 100% after successful delivery of license renewal confirmation and invoice submission. The bidder must be registered with FBR and hold valid NTN/STN numbers. PSO reserves the right to cancel or scrap the tender evaluation at any stage without liability. Liquidated damages of 0.1% per day up to 10% of the PO value apply for delays in license provisioning.
