Original & Repair Maintenance Works Including Construction of PCC Streets, Drainage, Water Supply and Misc Improvements in Gujranwala Cantonment

Cantonment Board Gujranwala invites sealed bids from contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for the year 2026-27 and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement is for original and repair maintenance works under MES Schedule of Rates 2025 on percentage above/below or at par basis for schedule items and market item rate basis for non-schedule items. The works are located in Gujranwala Cantonment and include a variety of construction and maintenance tasks. Items being procured: - Addition / Alteration of Cantt Board Rest House CB Office Gujranwala - Construction of PCC Street & Drain, Street No. 10, Link No. 03 at Allama Iqbal Town - Construction of PCC Street of Main 30 Fotta Bazaar, Link No. 10, Bilal Town - Construction of Premix Carpet Road at Main Street No. 05 of Allama Iqbal Town - Construction of PCC Street No. 03, Green Town - Construction of PCC Link Street No. 11, Allama Iqbal Town - Construction of PCC Street at Masjid Ahaal e Hades Gari Shahu Rahwali - Construction of PCC Street at Street No. 01 of New Allama Iqbal Town, Near Zaheen Academy - Construction of Road with Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) from Bangla School to Chenab Road along Rajba Road - Construction of PCC Street from Jamia Masjid Serwar Gulzar-e-Madina upto School - Construction of PCC Link of Rajba Road near Mustafa House - Construction of PCC Street Allama Iqbal Town Street No. 10, Link No. 10 - Recarpeting of Road in Sethi Colony - Provision of Sewerage line / Drain from Gulab Pura upto main Sewerage line upto MP CP - Provision of Water Supply / Filtration Plants in Ward No. 01 to 10 in Cantt Area - Buildings - Roads - Drainage - Water Supply - Miscellaneous Improvement The scope covers civil construction, drainage, water supply, and road works within the cantonment area. Contractors must be conversant with MES Schedule of Rates 2025 and comply with all terms and conditions. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration for 2026-27, FBR Active Taxpayer status, and submission of bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt. Technical bids will be evaluated based on project experience, financial status, tax certificates, technical staff credentials, and machinery availability. Blacklisted or litigant contractors will be disqualified. Bids must be submitted online via the E-Pads 2.0 portal at https://epads.gov.pk by 09 October 2026 at 1100 hrs. If the lowest bid is below 5% of MES rates, a performance guarantee of 10% of estimated cost is required within 7 days.
