Repair, Replacement and Reinstallation of Canopy Bluebars and Associated Electrical Works at NVROs of Lahore Division

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the repair, replacement, and reinstallation of canopy Bluebars along with associated electrical works at New Vision Retail Outlets (NVROs) located in the Lahore Division. This procurement covers comprehensive supply, fabrication, installation, electrification, testing, and commissioning of illuminated acrylic Bluebars as per PSO standards and approved drawings. Items being procured: - Supply and installation of acrylic Bluebar (1025 square feet) - Fabrication and graphics application on 5 mm thick clear acrylic sheets - Installation and structural fixing including brackets, fasteners, clips, supports, and adhesives - Supply and installation of 4-ft LED tube rods (Philips or approved equivalent) - Wiring and rewiring with 2-core PVC insulated copper cable - Dismantling of existing Bluebars, LED components, ACM cladding, and signage supporting structures - Fabrication and installation of new supporting framework using GI/MS sections - Surface preparation and protective coating of framework - Reinstallation of ACM cladding and Bluebars - Final alignment, finishing, testing, and commissioning The scope includes all labor, materials, transportation, tools, equipment, scaffolding, dismantling, fabrication, welding, installation, testing, commissioning, and incidental works necessary for completion. The contractor must submit a Letter of Conformity from OEMs confirming compliance with PSO technical requirements. Work must be completed within 40 calendar days from PO issuance, with penalties for delay. Strict adherence to PSO SOPs, HSE policies, and safety standards is mandatory.
