Design, Supply, Installation and Integration of Outdoor SMD LED Media Façade, LED Mesh, and LED Strip Curtain at GIK Institute Auditorium

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK Institute) located in Topi, Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or their Authorized Distributors, Suppliers, or Dealers. The procurement involves the design, supply, installation, commissioning, configuration, testing, and integration of an Outdoor SMD LED Media Façade, LED Mesh, and LED Strip Curtain for the Auditorium of the GIK Institute. The proposed display size is approximately 30 by 35 feet. Items being procured: - Outdoor SMD LED Media Façade - LED Mesh - LED Strip Curtain The technical scope includes full turnkey delivery of the LED display system, including design, supply, installation, commissioning, configuration, and testing at the auditorium site. The project demands high-quality LED technology suitable for outdoor use, with robust system configuration and integration capabilities. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be OEMs or OEM authorized distributors/suppliers/dealers with documentary evidence of authorization. They must be registered with NTN and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A complete company profile must be attached. Bidders should have a minimum of five years of experience in supply and installation of Outdoor SMD LED Display Systems, LED Media Façade, LED Mesh, LED Strip Curtain, or similar projects. Additionally, completion of at least three similar projects with documentary evidence is mandatory. Qualified technical staff must be available for installation, commissioning, and after-sales support. Firms blacklisted by any Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organization are not eligible and must provide an affidavit to this effect. A mandatory site visit and pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 21 July 2026 (Tuesday) from 11:00 AM to 01:00 PM. Sealed EOIs must reach the Deputy Director Procurement at GIK Institute by 1500 hours on 30 July 2026 and will be opened at 1530 hours on the same day. The GIK Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOIs without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial proposals after the site visit to ensure compliance with all technical specifications and eligibility criteria. Early preparation of all required documents including OEM authorization and tax registration certificates will facilitate timely submission.
