Tender Description
The Daanish Schools Authority invites bids from eligible outsourcing firms and service providers for the provision and management of essential services at multiple Danish Schools located in Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. The schools included are Danish School Bagh (Harighel), Danish School Bhimber, Danish School Ghanche, Danish School Sultanabad, and Danish School Astore. Interested and experienced service providers, including Consortiums or Joint Ventures, are encouraged to submit their bids electronically through EPADS v2.0 against the respective tender numbers.

- Outsourcing of Essential Services for Danish School Bhimber, AJK
- Outsourcing of Essential Services for Danish School Ghanche, Gilgit-Baltistan
- Outsourcing of Essential Services for Danish School Sultanabad, Gilgit-Baltistan
- Outsourcing of Essential Services for Danish School Astore, Gilgit-Baltistan
The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026. Detailed bidding documents including terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the EPADS portal. Bidders must submit separate bids for each tender and provide the required bid security of Rs. 2.0 Million for each school.
A combined pre-bid meeting will be held via Zoom on Friday, 30 October 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bidders may participate online or attend physically at the Daanish Schools Authority office in Islamabad. The deadline for electronic bid submission is Thursday, 12 November 2026, at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
Bidders should ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria including FBR/ATL registration and relevant experience. Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Pay Order must accompany bids. One practical tip is to carefully review the bidding documents on EPADS and attend the pre-bid meeting to clarify any queries before submission.
