Outsourcing of Human Resource for Provision of Various Administrative Services to NTC

Items being procured: - Catagory-I: Naib Qasid, Dispatch Rider, Gardener, Cook, Lift Operator (49 persons) - Catagory-II: Mason, Electrician, Plumber, Driver, Junior Technician, Boiler Operator, Chiller Operator, Generator Operator, Receptionist (193 persons) - Catagory-III: Firefighter, Auto mechanic, Telecom Technician, Data Network Technician (27 persons) - Catagory-IV: Engineering Supervisor, Junior Assistant, Building Overseer (47 persons) The scope includes provision of qualified and experienced personnel to perform administrative, technical support, and facility services at NTC premises. Services may be required 24/7 including three-shift operations. The contractor is responsible for all financial liabilities including salaries, benefits, taxes, and statutory obligations. Security clearance for all personnel must be obtained and verified. The contractor will handle all grievances and disciplinary matters related to deployed staff. NTC disclaims any liability for injury or claims arising during contract execution. The contract duration is 12 months with possible modifications in scope as per NTC's discretion.
