Outsourcing Services of Janitorial Staff, Electrician and Plumber for Corporate Tax Office Lahore

The Federal Board of Revenue, Corporate Tax Office Lahore invites bids through EPADS for outsourcing services of janitorial staff, electrician, and plumber for its Lahore office located at Tax House, Syed Mauj Darya Road. This tender covers the provision of skilled and unskilled manpower to maintain cleanliness and perform electrical and plumbing tasks at the premises. Items being procured: - 15 Sweepers - 10 Fresh Sweepers - 4 Electricians - 1 Plumber The scope includes supplying trained and experienced staff as per the specifications in the Schedule of Requirement (Annex-B). The janitorial staff must comply with minimum wage rates notified by the Labour & Human Resource Department. Electricians and plumbers must hold diplomas/certificates and have at least 5 years of experience. The contractor is responsible for providing complete documentation of outsourced staff including CNIC, domicile, contact details, and medical fitness certificates. Bidders must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, financial capability with an annual turnover of Rs. 30 million, and provide at least 10 work orders with performance certificates from previous clients. A refundable bid security of Rs. 748,000/- in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft is required. The successful bidder must supply the staff within 2 weeks of contract award. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 29th September 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of the Corporate Tax Office Lahore.
