Outsourcing of Janitorial Services at Karachi Shipyard and Engineering Works

The Karachi Shipyard and Engineering Works Limited (KS&EW) is procuring outsourcing services for janitorial work at its Karachi Shipyard and Engineering Works Area. This procurement is specific to Karachi and involves comprehensive janitorial services to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the shipyard premises. The scope includes regular cleaning, waste management, and upkeep of the facility to ensure a safe and clean working environment. Eligible firms must have valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). The bid security of PKR 500,000 in the form of a Pay Order from a scheduled bank is mandatory and must be valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the General Manager (S&CW) KS&EW, West Wharf Dockyard Road, Karachi, during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 6,000. Bids must be submitted by 06th May 2026 at 1100 hours to the office of the GM (S&CW) KS&EW. The technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives. Financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened later as intimated. Late submissions will not be entertained. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules 2004.
