Outsourcing Labor for Sweeping Roads, Streets & Cleaning Open Surface Drains and Sewerage Lines in Mirpurkhas

Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas invites sealed bids for outsourcing labor for sweeping roads, streets, and cleaning open surface drains and sewerage lines in various areas of Mirpurkhas for a period of six months from 01 November 2026 to 30 April 2027. The procurement is funded through the Own Source Funds (OZT Share) of the Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas. Items being procured: - Sweeping of Roads, Streets & cleaning open surface drains & Sewerage lines Main Baldia Office to Mirpurkhas Bus Terminal - Sweeping of Roads, Streets & cleaning open surface drains & Sewerage lines Chandni Chok to Rahim Nagar - Sweeping of Roads, Streets & cleaning open surface drains & Sewerage lines Mir Colony to Fruit Farm - Sweeping of Roads, Streets & cleaning open surface drains & Sewerage lines Ring Road to Khan Naka KFC - Sweeping of Roads, Streets & cleaning open surface drains & Sewerage lines Mahmoodabad to Railway Hospital The scope includes labor outsourcing for cleaning and maintenance of roads, streets, drains, and sewerage lines to ensure sanitation and hygiene in the city. The contract duration is six months with an estimated cost of Rs. 3.0 Million per lot. Eligibility criteria include registration in the Waste Management sector, valid licenses from Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA), registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) under Waste Management codes, NTN, and FBR compliance including return filer status updated to 2025. Firms must have five years of experience in rural and urban waste collection, dumping, and recycling, and must have been awarded at least 50 contracts on the EPAID site. Audited financial reports for 2025 from a reputable chartered accountancy firm with UDIN code are required. The tender fee is Rs. 1000/- and earnest money of 2% of the bid amount must be attached in the form of pay order or bank draft in favor of Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas. Bids will be received up to 12:30 pm on 28 October 2026 with a second attempt on 12 November 2026 at the same time. Bids must be submitted in a single stage one envelope format. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical proposals demonstrating their capacity and experience. Timely submission and compliance with all terms and conditions will be critical for successful participation. The Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules.
