Outsourcing Labor for Sweeping Roads, Streets & Cleaning Drains from Main Baldia Office to Mirpurkhas Bus Terminal and Other Locations

Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas invites sealed tenders for outsourcing labor services for sweeping roads, streets, and cleaning open surface drains and sewerage lines in various locations within Mirpurkhas city. The procurement covers multiple lots, each for a duration of six months starting from 01 November 2026 to 30 April 2027. Items being procured: - Outsourcing labor for sweeping roads, streets & cleaning open surface drains & sewerage lines Main Baldia Office to Mirpurkhas Bus Terminal - Outsourcing labor for sweeping roads, streets & cleaning open surface drains & sewerage lines Chandni Chok to Rahim Nagar - Outsourcing labor for sweeping roads, streets & cleaning open surface drains & sewerage lines Mir Colony to Fruit Farm - Outsourcing labor for sweeping roads, streets & cleaning open surface drains & sewerage lines Ring Road to Khan Naka KFC - Outsourcing labor for sweeping roads, streets & cleaning open surface drains & sewerage lines Mahmoodabad to Railway Hospital The scope includes labor services for cleaning and maintenance of roads and sewerage infrastructure to ensure sanitation compliance as per local water commission directives. The work is funded through the OZT Share of Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered in the Waste Management sector; civil contractor firms are not eligible. Bidders must hold a valid license from Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) for non-hazardous waste, registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) under Waste Management codes 9852, 0000, and NTN with updated tax returns for 2025. Experience of at least five years in rural and urban waste management, recycling, and landfill operations is mandatory. Firms must have completed 50 contracts of outsourcing waste management and submit audit reports for 2025 from reputable chartered accountants with UDIN code. Tender fee is Rs. 1000, and earnest money of 2% of the bid amount is required in the form of pay order or bank draft in favor of Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas. Bids will be received until 28 October 2026 at 12:00 pm and opened the same day at 12:30 pm. In case of government holidays, the process will continue the next working day. The venue for submission and opening is the Office of the Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas.
