The work is funded through OZT Share with an estimated cost of Rs. 3.0 Million per lot. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered in the Waste Management sector; civil contractor firms are not eligible. Waste management firms must hold a license from Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) for non-hazardous waste updated till 2026. Registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) under Waste Management codes 9852, 0000 is mandatory. NTN and three-year bank statements, experience certificates, and tax return filings updated to 2025 are required. Firms must have five years of experience in rural outsourcing, dumping, recycling, and municipal waste management, with at least 50 contracts completed on the EPAID site. Audit reports for 2025 from reputable chartered accountants with UDIN code must be submitted. Tender fee is Rs. 1000 with 2% earnest money of the bid amount. Bids must be submitted by 28 October 2026 at 12:30 pm, with the first attempt opening at the same time. In case of government holidays, the tender will be opened the next working day.
