Outsourcing Labor for Sweeping Roads, Streets and Cleaning Open Surface Drains & Sewerage Lines in Mirpurkhas

Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas invites sealed tenders for outsourcing labor for sweeping of roads, streets and cleaning open surface drains and sewerage lines in various areas of Mirpurkhas city. This procurement is aimed at maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the city to comply with the directives of the Honorable Water Commission and to meet public demand. Items being procured: - Sweeping of Roads, Streets & cleaning open surface drains & sewerage lines Main Baldia Office to Mirpurkhas Bus Terminal for six months - Sweeping of Roads, Streets & cleaning open surface drains & sewerage lines Chandni Chok to Rahim Nagar for six months - Sweeping of Roads, Streets & cleaning open surface drains & sewerage lines Mir Colony to Fruit Farm for six months - Sweeping of Roads, Streets & cleaning open surface drains & sewerage lines Ring Road to Khan Naka KFC for six months - Sweeping of Roads, Streets & cleaning open surface drains & sewerage lines Mahmoodabad to Railway Hospital for six months The scope includes labor outsourcing for cleaning and sweeping of roads and sewerage lines in the specified areas for a duration of six months starting from 01 November 2026 to 30 April 2027. The work will be funded through the OZt Share of Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas. Eligibility criteria include registration in the Waste Management sector, valid license from Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA), NTN, FBR/ATL registration, and experience in waste management and sanitation services. Earnest money of 2% of the bid amount is required in the form of pay order or bank draft in favor of Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas. The tender fee is Rs. 1000. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the office of the Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas by 28 October 2026 at 12:00 pm. The bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 pm. In case of government holidays, the tender will be received and opened on the next working day at the same time.
