Outsourcing Laundry Services in Case of Contingency for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore invites bids for outsourcing laundry services in case of contingency. The procurement is for outsourcing laundry services on a job basis with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,994,950/- and a bid security of Rs. 59,899/- (2% of estimated amount). The bidding procedure is Single Stage Single Envelope and terms for delivery of services are DDP. Items being procured: - Outsourcing Laundry Services in Case of Contingency (Job) Bidders must be original manufacturers, distributors, or service providers registered with income tax and sales tax departments/authorities in Pakistan. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PKLI website and other official portals. E-bids must be submitted online by 20th October 2026 at 11:00 AM via the Punjab E Procurement System portal. Hard copies are not required. Bid security of 2% must be submitted electronically as per Punjab e-Procurement rules. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Supply Chain department at PKLI during office hours Monday to Friday. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of bid opening. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 12th October 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Supply Chain Conference Hall. In case of official holiday on submission day, the next working day will be treated as closing date. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the online submission procedure and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. Earnest money must be submitted electronically as per prescribed rules. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. This tender is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
