Outsourcing Services of Office Boys, Plumber, Gardeners and Janitorial Staff for NAB Sukkur

National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Sukkur invites reputable and experienced companies, firms, or business entities registered with FBR for outsourcing services of Office Boys, Plumber, Gardeners, and Janitorial Staff for its office located at Airport Road, Near Sukkur IBA University, Sukkur. The contract is for one year with the possibility of extension for two more years based on satisfactory performance and mutually agreed terms. Items being procured: - Office Boy (15 posts) - Plumber (1 post) - Gardener / Mali (2 posts) - Janitorial Staff / Sanitary Worker (6 posts) The scope includes provision of skilled manpower for daily office maintenance and sanitation services. The service provider must ensure all staff are qualified and capable of fulfilling their duties efficiently. The eligible bidders must have valid sales tax and income tax registrations with active ATL status and meet all eligibility criteria as per bidding documents. The contract requires strict adherence to quality and timely service delivery. Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure via the E-PAD system (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Bid security of Rs. 500,000/- in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of NAB Sukkur is mandatory. Bids must be submitted both physically and online before the deadline. Bids will remain valid for 90 days. Successful bidders will be required to furnish performance security equivalent to 10% of the contract amount in the form of a Bank Guarantee. The technical proposals will be opened on 27th July 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Interested bidders should ensure they have not been blacklisted by any government entity. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to alter the number of required staff as per its needs. A practical tip for bidders: Carefully prepare your bid security and ensure timely submission through the E-PAD portal as late or incomplete submissions will be rejected outright.
