Outsourcing of Photocopy and Book Binding Services

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Karachi is inviting eligible bidders to submit E-bids for the outsourcing of photocopy and book binding services on a contractual basis for one year, with the possibility of extension. Bidders must ensure their bids are accompanied by the required Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Banker’s Cheque, or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding documents. The original bid security must be submitted to the NAB Karachi office before the tender opening, failing which the bid will be rejected. The scope of work includes providing high-quality photocopying and book binding services to NAB Karachi for the duration of the contract. Bidders should have relevant experience and be registered with FBR and ATL as per government procurement requirements. Technical bids will be evaluated on compliance and cost effectiveness.
