Outsourcing of Photocopy Services for NTC Regional Headquarters Lahore for Three Years

National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites electronic bids for outsourcing photocopy services at its Regional Headquarters located at 6-Race Course Road, Lahore. This contract is for an initial period of one year, extendable for two additional years based on performance. The contractor will be responsible for providing high quality photocopy services during working days and hours, with possible service on holidays if required by NTC. The contractor must supply paper, ink/toner, and photocopier machines, and install two machines of excellent condition at the NTC RHQ. Items being procured: - Photocopy services including paper (A4, 80 grams), ink/toner, and photocopier machines (2 units) The scope includes provision, maintenance, and operation of photocopy machines, ensuring clear copies as per NTC requirements. The contractor must not subcontract the work without written consent and is responsible for all transportation and commutation. Compliance with all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws is mandatory. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered taxpayers with at least three years of relevant experience providing similar services to government or reputable private organizations. Firms must submit an undertaking on judicial paper confirming no blacklisting and no ownership or operational links with India or Israel. Valid documentary proof must accompany bids. The bid security is PKR 20,000 in the form of pay order, deposit at call, or bank guarantee valid 28 days beyond bid validity. Performance security of PKR 80,000 will be required from the successful bidder. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS (www.epads.gov.pk) by 1100 hours on August 27, 2026. Manual or hard copy bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours at NTC Lahore.
