Tender Description
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) through its Govt. Technical Training Institute (GTTI) at Gulberg Lahore invites bids for the outsourcing of its Football / Sports Ground located at GTTI Gulberg, Lahore. This procurement is open to eligible Football Clubs, Sports Organizations, Firms, and Contractors registered with relevant Government departments. The bidding follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under the prevailing PPRA Rules.
Items being procured:
- Use of Football / Sports Ground at GTTI Gulberg Lahore
The successful bidder will be granted temporary and revocable license rights to use the sports ground. No lease, tenancy, ownership, or proprietary rights will be created. The ground usage includes permitted football activity time from 06:00 PM to 08:00 PM with setup/entry allowed from 05:40 PM and winding-up by 08:20 PM. Additional charges apply for usage beyond 35 hours per month at PKR 3,000 per hour and beyond 52 hours at PKR 3,500 per hour. Parking charges are PKR 100 per vehicle. The bidder must also facilitate 20-25 institute students in football training programs.
The bidder must provide a Bid Security of PKR 40,000 in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft favoring Principal, GTTI Gulberg Lahore, submitted through E-Procurement. A separate refundable security deposit of PKR 100,000 is required before execution of the Ground Usage Agreement. The successful bidder is responsible for electricity, floodlights, maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and waste disposal during ground use.
Bids must be submitted through E-Procurement by 13-10-2026. The bid opening will be on 14-10-2026 at 11:30 AM. Tender documents are available on the PPRA Punjab website https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all bid documents are properly signed and stamped to avoid rejection. Also, timely submission through the E-Procurement portal is critical as late bids will not be entertained.
