Paint and Graphics of Lubricant Racks with Allied Repair Works at NVROs in Faisalabad Division

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the paint and graphics of lubricant racks along with allied repair works at various NVROs located in Faisalabad Division. This procurement covers comprehensive repair and refurbishment of steel lube racks including dismantling, transportation to workshop, scrapping for sheet strength, replacement of side glass (8mm plain imported), front shelf glass (5mm plain imported), broken hinges, pipes, locks, and installation of magnetic catchers. The scope also includes surface preparation with steel putty, application of fresh spray auto paint using a 5HP compressor maintaining 2 bar pressure, and pasting of PSO approved graphics (3M or equivalent) as per the latest artwork provided by PSO. Each lube rack will be covered with polyethylene wraps and transported back to designated NVROs for refixing with approved raval bolts. Items being procured: - Steel Lube Rack Repair (Qty: 199 units) - Replacement of side glass 8mm (plain imported) - Replacement of front shelf glass 5mm (plain imported) - Replacement of broken hinges and pipes - Replacement and installation of all locks and magnetic catchers (12 per rack) - Surface preparation and application of steel putty - Spray auto paint application - Pasting of PSO graphics (3M or equivalent) - Polyethylene wrapping - Transportation to and from workshop - Refitting of racks at NVROs The job requires all materials, tools, labor, and transportation charges to be included in the bid. No on-site work is allowed; all racks must be shifted to the vendor's workshop. The paint thickness must not be less than 150 microns, and the contractor is responsible for providing calibrated Alcometer for inspection. Step-by-step photographic evidence must be shared with the concerned engineer for approval at each stage: surface preparation, putty application, single coat, and double coat. The contractor must ensure worker safety by providing fully functional PPEs. The latest PSO approved artwork must be obtained from the concerned DE and used accordingly. The job completion time is 180 days from the issuance of the purchase order. Penalties apply for delays and unauthorized on-site work.
