The works involve surface preparation, application of weather shield coatings, distempering, and white/coloured washing to ensure the longevity and aesthetic upkeep of the facilities. Eligible bidders must provide valid PEC registration in the relevant category, NTN and professional tax certificates, and be registered with FBR for income and sales tax. Experience in similar maintenance and painting works at government or institutional buildings will be advantageous. Financial stability and resources to undertake the project are essential. Tender documents can be obtained from the Black Box placed at the paid centre Rabia Hall near Gate No. 1 on or before 2023-08-10. Completed tenders must be submitted to the Station Engineer POF Wah Cantt by 2023-08-10 at 11:00 hours. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 hours, and financial bids will be opened on the next working day at 10:30 hours.
