Tender Description
District Council Mandi Bahauddin invites e-tenders for the construction of PCC street drains and culverts under the Annual Development Program 2026-27. Registered contractors with valid PEC registration and experience in civil works are encouraged to participate. The works are based on MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026 and local market rates, ensuring up-to-date pricing and quality standards.

The technical scope includes the development of new street drains and culverts at various locations within Mandi Bahauddin district, focusing on improved sanitation and infrastructure. All works must comply with the latest Punjab procurement and engineering standards. Bidders must submit a Bid Security of 5% of the estimated cost in favour of District Council Mandi Bahauddin. Only contractors listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-PADS) are eligible.
Bidding documents must be uploaded on the EPAD Dashboard by 07-09-2024 at 12:00 PM. The opening of bids will take place in the Hall of District Council, Mandi Bahauddin, on 07-09-2024 at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
