Water Connection Works of Sector 4C, 18C, 19C, 24B & 25B at KDA Scheme-33, Gulzar-e-Hijri, Karachi

The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) Karachi invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the Water Connection Works of Sector 4C, 18C, 19C, 24B & 25B at KDA Scheme-33, Gulzar-e-Hijri, Karachi. The project involves comprehensive water connection infrastructure works across these sectors with a completion period of 180 calendar days. The contractor must be registered with PEC in category C-5 or above with relevant specialization codes and possess valid FBR and Sindh Revenue Board registrations. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 1,504,140 in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt. Bids will be evaluated on a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis with a 120-day bid validity. The bid submission deadline is Monday, November 2, 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day on EPADS v2.0. Manual bids will not be accepted.
