PCC Streets, Drains and Culverts and Installation of Pressure Pumps at Tehsil Lachi and Kohat

Items being procured: - PCC Streets, drains and culverts at Tehsil Lachi & Kohat (Estimated Cost: Rs. 20.00 Million) - Installation and Solarization of new Pressure Pumps and existing Pressure Pumps at Tehsil Lachi & Kohat (Estimated Cost: Rs. 20.00 Million) - PCC Streets, drains and culverts at PK-91 (Estimated Cost: Rs. 10.00 Million) The scope includes construction of PCC streets, drainage systems, and culverts, along with installation and solarization of pressure pumps at specified locations. The tender process follows the "Above/below system" based on the Market Rate System 2025. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of a call deposit equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the name of TMO, TMA Lachi. Sealed bids must be sent through registered mail or courier services. Contractors quoting bids up to 10% below the engineer's estimate must submit 2% bid security only. Those quoting 10-20% below must submit an additional 8% security, and bids more than 20% below require additional security equal to the differential amount along with detailed rate analysis.
