Tender Description
The Ministry of Interior, Headquarters Anti Narcotics Force Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from GST-registered firms on the active tax payer list of FBR for supply and installation of photocopier sorter bins, photocopier machines (black & white and color), shredder, and laser jet printers. The procurement includes specific models such as Konica Minolta Bizhub 450i sorter bins and detailed technical specifications for each item.
Bids must be submitted via EPADS by 5th January 2026 before 1100 hours and will be opened the same day at 1130 hours. A refundable bid bond of Rs. 250,000 is required. The successful bidder must deliver and install equipment within 15 days of work order issuance and provide at least one year warranty and after-sale service for up to two years.
