Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the provision, installation, operation, and maintenance of photocopying and document reproduction services at the Women University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Bagh. The department requires these services to be available across multiple campus locations including the Administrative Block, Academic Block, Central Library, and Old Guest House Building. The scope covers black and white and color photocopying, printing, scanning, document composing, spiral and hard binding, and other related services. Preference will be given to firms deploying female staff at student facilitation counters to ensure a comfortable environment for students.
The work involves setting up and managing photocopying/document reproduction facilities in a busy university environment in Bagh. The service provider must ensure smooth operation and maintenance of equipment, timely availability of services, and high-quality output. The university campus locations present logistical challenges requiring efficient coordination and reliable service delivery to meet academic and administrative demands.
Bidders should ensure compliance with the relevant PEC categories and maintain a valid FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status for the financial year 2025-26. Tender documents require a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,500 and a refundable bid security of Rs. 50,000 in the form of CDR, bank draft, or pay order. Validity of bids is 90 days, and adherence to PPRA (AJK) rules is mandatory.
