Procurement of Pickup Single Cabin, Pickup 4x4, Toyota Yaris, 125cc Motorcycles, and 150cc Motorcycles for E-PADS Project

The Excise Taxation and Narcotics Control Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids for the procurement of various vehicles under the E-PADS project for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement aims to enhance the operational capacity of the department by adding new vehicles to its fleet in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Pickup Single Cabin (2018-2020-2026 models, 31 units) - Pickup 4x4 (2012 model, 1 unit) - Toyota Yaris (2018 model, 2 units) - Motorcycle 125cc (2018 model, 5 units) - Motorcycle 150cc (2020 model, 4 units) The technical scope includes the supply of brand new or specified model vehicles as per the quantities and years mentioned above. All vehicles must comply with the required specifications and standards set by the department. Bidders must be registered with the FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List. Registration with KPPRA is also mandatory. Earnest Money at the rate of 2 percent of the bid amount must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). For the Pickup 4x4, a minimum bid security of PKR 50,000 is required. Bids must be submitted through the E-PADS system by 16 November 2026, no later than 11:30 AM.
