Placement, Maintenance and Operation of Sixteen Vending Machines at Islamabad International Airport

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for the placement, maintenance, and operation of sixteen (16) vending machines at Islamabad International Airport, covering Departure Lounges, Domestic & International Arrival, and Transit Lounge areas. The concession period is two (02) years or until finalization of outsourcing, whichever is earlier, with a 10% annual enhancement on a cumulative basis during subsequent years. Bids must be higher than the reserve price of **PKR 1,173,300**. Items being procured: - Placement of sixteen (16) vending machines - Maintenance of vending machines - Operation of vending machines The technical scope includes ensuring the machines are fully operational, maintained regularly, and stocked as per airport standards. The concessionaire must have relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. Eligibility criteria include 80% weightage in technical evaluation. Tender forms can be obtained from the Pakistan Airports Authority office on submission of a written request with CNIC and NTN certificate along with a non-refundable payment of Rs. 5,000 via Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes separately marked as Technical Offer and Financial Offer, placed together in one envelope and dropped in the designated tender box at the office of Airport Manager/COO IIAP Islamabad by the deadline. Technical bids will be opened half an hour after the closing time in the presence of bidders. Advance Income Tax will be deducted as per law. Defaulters of PAA dues are not eligible. Fake documents or pay orders will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. The last date for submission and opening of bids is **12th November 2026** at 1100 hrs and 1130 hrs respectively.
