Catering, Decoration, Sound System and Venue Setup Services for Convocation 2026 at Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical University Larkana

Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical University (SMBBMU), Larkana invites bids for comprehensive catering, decoration, sound system, and venue setup services for its Convocation 2026 event. This tender covers all aspects of event management including marquee setup, seating arrangements, floral decorations, sound and lighting systems, and VIP lunch area arrangements. The convocation venue will be prepared with a white marquee covering approximately 32,000 sq.ft, presidential and VIP chairs with floral decorations, stage setup with rostrums bearing the SMBBMU logo, and carpeting as per the theme. Seating includes theatre-type chairs with color-coded ribbons for different groups and round tables for VIP lunch area accommodating 300 persons. Sound system includes 5 SMD screens sized 10x30 and SP-4 sound sets. Fresh flowers with beautiful vases will be arranged in the venue. Items being procured: - White marquee with wall panels (approx. 32000 sq.ft) - Presidential chairs with flower array (15 units) - VIP cushioned chairs (120 units) - Head table for 2-4 persons with decoration - Two rostrums with SMBBMU logo - Stage carpet (20x50) - Two seater sofas (100 units) - Theatre type student seating chairs with ribbons (1000 units) - Theatre type parents seating white acrylic chairs - Center tables with glass top (30 units) - Carpeting covering complete venue with runner carpet - VIP lunch area setup for 300 persons including white acrylic chairs (100 units) and runner carpeting - Sound system with 5 SMD screens and SP-4 sets - Fresh floral arrangements with vases The service provider must ensure high quality materials and services matching the sample pictures provided, with a white and blue color theme. The venue must be ready for rehearsal by December 28, 2026, 6:00 pm and handed over for convocation on the same day evening. Bid security of 5% and performance security of 5% are mandatory. Bidders must have at least 3 years experience in similar large-scale convocation events and valid FBR and SRB tax registrations. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS and a sealed hard copy by November 19, 2026, 11:00 am. Financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened on November 26, 2026.
