Ship Repair Miscellaneous Repair and Maintenance Work CSR-10259

Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Ltd. (KS&EW), a leading shipbuilding and repairing yard located at West Wharf Road Karachi, invites sealed bids from experienced sub-contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for ship repair jobs under Order # CSR-10259. The procurement involves miscellaneous repair and maintenance work related to ship repair. Items being procured: - Miscellaneous Repair & Maintenance Work Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions, bid security, bid validity, opening of bids, evaluation criteria, clarification/rejection of bids, and performance guarantee are available at the Ship Repair Division, KS&EW. The price of bidding documents is Rs. 3,000/- (non-refundable). Bids (Technical and Commercial) must be prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents and submitted to the Ship Repair Division, KS&EW by 03 December 2026 at 1100 hrs. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 1400 hrs and scrutinized for technical qualification. Commercial offers of only technically qualified bidders will be opened and evaluated accordingly. Eligibility requires experience in marine vessel repair work and valid registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Earnest money and bid security requirements are detailed in the bidding documents. The General Manager (Ship Repair) Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per Clause 33 of Public Procurement Rules 2026.
