Sealed bids are invited from well-reputed firms, companies, or persons for the supply of Plantation Campaign, Conservancy, NCF, Sports, Hot Weather, Contingency and Minor Training items at PAF Base, Nur Khan for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is managed by the Pakistan Air Force at its Nur Khan base located in Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - NCF: All types of Indoor and Outdoor Plants, Manure, Fertilizer, Seeds, Saplings Spray, Polythene, Gamlas, Green Sheet, Camouflaging Paint - Conservancy Items: Brooms (all types), Dust Bin (Steel / Plastic), Brushes (all types), Mops, Wipers, Cleaning Material, Surf, Vim, Floor Polish, Powder, Neel, Coochi, Toilet Roll, Drain opener Acid, Sweep and Soap - Sports Items: Bhal Matti, All types of Grass, Sand, Crush, Khaka and Curve Stone - Hot Weather: Water Coolers, Jugs, Glass, Electric Water Coolers - Minor Training / Contingency: Blackboard, Marker, Chart, Stationery Items The scope covers supply to various locations within the base including Base Sports Complex, Mashood Complex, Officer Area, Tech Area, Jinnah Camp, Iqbal Camp, Haider Camp, Domestic Camp and Barrack Area. Bidders must submit bids in the name of Officer Commanding, PAF Base, Nur Khan, including bid request on company letterhead with seal, valid CNIC photocopy, and valid NTN & GST certificates. The offered amount per month should be clearly mentioned. The bid submission box will be available from 16 October 2026, 0900 hours to 30 October 2026, 1300 hours at VIP Guard Room, PAF Base, Nur Khan. Bids will be opened on 01 November 2026 at 1300 hrs by designated authorities. Successful bidders will be informed telephonically after the bidding process. In case of any untoward situation, the bid submission date will be extended to the next day. Interested parties can contact the provided numbers for site visits. The Officer Commanding reserves the right to reject or cancel bids on technical grounds. All items are required for the period 2026-27.
