Planting and Maintenance Under Replenishment Cost Plan and Development Scheme for Afforestation in Lahore Forest Division

The Lahore Forest Division invites bids from firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for afforestation works during the financial year 2026-27. Km), Digging of pits (118 pits, 3.60 Cft each), Cost of plants including carriage charges with restocking 380 Nos., Planting of plants 380 Nos., Hand watering of plants 30 times with tractor and water bowser (9900 Nos.), Cost of POL for watering 30 times (30 Nos.), Weeding & hoeing 1 time (1 Av. Km), Watch & Ward (1 Av. Km), Reopening of pits 1 time for 330 pits (330 Cft), Unforeseen/Sinage (L/S Av. Km). The technical scope includes afforestation works involving earthworks such as levelling, digging, filling, planting, watering, weeding, and maintenance over specified linear kilometers and quantities. The project sites are Muridke Narowal Road and Shahdara Forest Range along the rail side. The contractor must be registered with PEC for the relevant category and comply with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority registration requirements. Earnest money in the form of CDR at 5% of the estimated cost per lot must be uploaded on the PPRA e-procurement portal before tender opening.
