Planting and Maintenance Under Replenishment Cost Plan Central Median Muridke Narowal Road and Afforestation Along Linear Plantation in Punjab

The Lahore Forest Division invites bids for afforestation and maintenance works under the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers two lots focused on planting and maintenance activities along the Central Median Muridke Narowal Road and a linear plantation along the railway side in Punjab. Km). - Lot II: Jungle Clearance (1 Av. Km), Rough Levelling (1 Av. Km), Layout & Dag Bailing (1 Av. Km), Digging of pits 118 Cft, Cost of plants including carriage charges with restocking 380 Nos., Planting of plants 380 Nos., Hand watering of plants 9900 Nos., Cost of POL for watering 30 times (30 Nos.), Weeding & hoeing 1 time, Watch & Ward (1 Av. Km), Reopening of pits 1 time for 330 pits, Uniform/Signage (L/S). The technical scope includes site preparation, pit digging, soil filling, planting, watering, weeding, and maintenance activities over specified average kilometers. The project sites are Muridke Narowal Road and Shahdara Railway Station to Saduki Railway Station in Lahore Forest Range. The contractor must be registered with PEC for the relevant category for 2026-27, have valid FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority registration, and comply with PPRA e-tendering rules. Earnest money in the form of CDR at 5% of the estimated cost must be uploaded on the Punjab PPRA website before the tender opening. Original CDR must be submitted to the tender opening committee half an hour before the opening time. Technical and financial bids will be opened on 15-08-2026 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Deputy Conservator of Forests, Lahore Forest Division.
