Tender Description
The Pakistan Navy is inviting technical and financial proposals from reputed GST, SST, and Income Tax registered firms for the provision of Pollution Control and Conservancy Services on land at the Pakistan Navy Dockyard in Karachi. This tender specifically covers environmental services including pollution control and maintenance of cleanliness within the dockyard premises.
The scope includes comprehensive pollution control measures and conservancy services to ensure a clean and safe environment at the dockyard. Firms must be capable of handling environmental protection tasks with appropriate manpower and equipment. The contract is for one year covering the financial year 2026-27.
Eligible bidders must be registered with GST, SST, and Income Tax authorities and provide copies of their registration certificates. Firms should also submit a bid security of 2% of the total contract value through pay order or cross cheque. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3,000 is required for both registered and unregistered suppliers with the Pakistan Navy. Performance guarantee of 6% of the contract value will be required from the winning bidder in the form of pay order or bank guarantee.

Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately in sealed envelopes addressed to the Environmental Protection Officer, Pakistan Navy Dockyard, Karachi.
