Tender Description
The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (Procurement Department) Karachi invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of Polyethylene Pipe (PE-100) 250 MM under tender number SSGC/LP/EPADS2/PT/2181288. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0 using the Single Stage Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
Items being procured:
- Polyethylene Pipe (PE-100) 250 MM, quantity 26,350 meters, delivery schedule 10,000 meters per month, delivery location KT / Site / Khadeji Store Karachi.
The technical scope includes supply of high-quality PE-100 pipes conforming to the specifications detailed in the bidding documents. The delivery period is 15 days from the placement of purchase order. Bidders must be registered with FBR and comply with all eligibility criteria including submission of all tender documents duly signed and stamped. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee is mandatory.
Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 09:30 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 10:00 AM via EPADS. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, September 14, 2026 at 10:30 AM at the SSGC Head Office Karachi.
One practical tip for bidders: Ensure all tender documents including the Tender Terms, BoQ, Price Schedule, and Annexures are uploaded duly signed and stamped on EPADS to avoid disqualification. Also, submit the original bid security physically before the deadline at the specified address.
