Pre-Qualification of Automobile Workshops/Dealership/Firms for Repair & Maintenance of Operational Vehicles

The Collectorate of Customs (Adjudication) Islamabad invites pre-qualification applications from interested automobile workshops, dealerships, and firms for the repair and maintenance of operational vehicles. This opportunity is for the establishment of Framework Agreement(s) for recurrent repair and maintenance services of various makes and models of operational vehicles. The scope includes all mechanical and electrical repairs, engine overhauling, denting and painting, diagnostic services, wheel alignment and balancing, and supply or replacement of spare parts such as tyres, batteries, and other related consumables as required. Items being procured: - Mechanical and electrical repair services - Engine overhauling - Denting and painting - Diagnostic services - Wheel alignment and balancing - Supply/replacement of spare parts including tyres and batteries The pre-qualification process requires firms to demonstrate relevant experience and capability in vehicle repair and maintenance. Applicants must have qualified technical personnel, necessary machinery, tools, diagnostic equipment, and sufficient workshop space including parking and inspection facilities. They must also have access to genuine or quality-assured spare parts and consumables. Valid NTN and STRN/GST registration is mandatory. Firms must submit an affidavit declaring they are not blacklisted or debarred by any government or public sector organization. The selected service providers will maintain an emergency response arrangement to address urgent vehicle repair needs within specified response times, including outside normal working hours. The applicant must furnish a bid security/earnest money of Rs. 50,000 in the form of a call deposit or pay order in favor of the DDO, Collectorate of Customs (Adjudication) Islamabad.
