Pre-Qualification of Contractors for Civil and E&M Projects

Fauji Foundation invites pre-qualification applications from well reputed firms and companies for issuance of tenders related to various Civil and Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) projects. The department is seeking contractors with valid PEC licenses in category C-4 and above to submit detailed profiles and brochures. Items being procured: - Civil works - Electrical and Mechanical projects Interested firms must provide valid PEC registration, FBR/NTN certificates, firm registration and location details, records of projects completed in the last 5 years, ongoing projects, original affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted, list of technical staff with experience, list of equipment, machinery and tool plants, enlistment with other organizations, ISO certificate if any, and registration with Provincial Revenue Authorities such as PRA, KPRA, BRA, or SRA. Applications must be submitted by 30 October 2026 to the office of the General Manager (Works), Fauji Foundation Head Office, Civil Works Department, 68 Tipu Road, Chaklala Rawalpindi. The GM (Works) reserves the right to reject any or all applications as per rules. Late submissions will not be accepted. Bidders are advised to ensure all required documents are complete and valid to avoid disqualification. Early submission is recommended to address any unforeseen issues before the deadline.
