Items being procured: - Weather Shield / Emulsion Paint Works - Seepage Treatment - Repair / Maintenance of Sewerage Lines - Electric Repair / Maintenance / Replacement Work - Sui Gas Repair / Maintenance / Replacement Work - Plumbing Works / Sanitary Accessories Replacement and Water Supply Works - Masonry Work - Carpenter Related Work - Polishing Work - Any other Civil Work including non-tender items The technical scope covers a wide array of maintenance and repair activities, including painting, waterproofing, electrical and gas system repairs, plumbing and sanitary replacements, masonry, carpentry, and general civil works. Firms must demonstrate capability to handle both routine and specialized maintenance tasks for government facilities. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with FBR/NTN, GST, and PRA, and to submit all supporting documents in hard copy. Applicants must provide an approved certificate from a government department, valid tax registrations, bank statements for the last year, previous work experience, and an affidavit confirming no blacklisting or litigation.
