Pakistan Ordnance Factories Wah Cantt invites applications from reputable Transporters and Goods Forwarding Agencies for a Closed Framework Agreement for the year 2026-27. The procurement is specifically for agencies with capabilities including fleet of desired vehicles and machinery, resources and experience for loading and unloading stores at Sea Ports in Karachi, and transportation of defence stores in time from Sea Port Karachi, Sonmiani to Wah, Sanjwal, and Havelian Cantts as well as to other stations across the country. Items being procured: - Fleet of desired vehicles and machinery - Loading/unloading services at Sea Ports Karachi - Transportation of defence stores from Sea Port Karachi/Sonmiani to Wah, Sanjwal & Havelian Cantts - Transportation of defence stores from Wah, Sanjwal & Havelian Cantts to other stations The scope includes timely and efficient transportation services of defence stores, requiring agencies to have adequate resources and experience. Interested firms engaged in goods forwarding business with government or private industries are requested to forward their particulars and documents on the prescribed application form. Note that M/s NLC holds the First Right of Refusal for these transportation services as per Federal Government and MODP policy directives. The contract will be awarded to M/s NLC if they match the lowest evaluated responsive rate discovered through competitive bidding; otherwise, the contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder.
